wahh i'm finally home after a loonnngg day. class ended at ard 1030am today and we headed over to ken's hse to idle our time away cos the movie starts at 430pm.
was supposed to catch The Da Vinci Code but...
when we got there at 4.20pm we realised that the movie had already started at 4.05pm. like wth. apparently the timing was changed which was quite absurd and since we bought the tickets in advance we didn't know about it. so we spoke to the manager and obviously we weren't exactly very happy. in the end he couldn't do much oso and got his superior to talk to us. this eurasian guy called Wallang who was irritatingly annoying. he came into the lounge where we were seated and said sth like "Alright tell me what's going on and don't show me attitude." hello we were the pissed customers can. anyway his attitude sucks.
after a near 2 hours, we got our compensation. a refund for our tickets and our popcorn/drinks plus 2 complimentary tickets each. not to mention the free nachos, hotdogs and drinks while we were in the lounge. haha.
well well, that Wallang guy should know better than to mess with media students. i think he'll be seeing his name in the press very soon, for the wrong reasons of course.
anyway, watching The Da Vinci Code after school on monday.
hung around dhoby ghaut after that. had an interesting talk with velda, andre and ken till it was time to go. left at around 11pm plus. luckily it was so convenient to get home from dhoby ghaut. tireddd.
sometimes there are questions you can never find the answers to.
